Goals.

The main goal of this course is to prepare its participants and qualify them for TTP training under a license from the Alpha Training Foundation and accreditation from the HRD Academy . This includes the right to use materials, tools, and other supporting systems.

Who Is This Program For?

While anyone can join the TTP, registration in the Advanced Trainer Program is limited to a limited number of people who meet certain conditions and requirements, including:

  1. To be registered as a certified trainer at the British HRD Academy
  2. He must not have violated the professional and ethical charter for training
  3. He must have practical training experience of no less than three years
  4. To present a training material, which he designed according to the academy’s specifications, to discuss the quality of the design during the course
  5. Pass the tests related to the program
  6. Therefore, registration in the program will be considered an application to join the program, and not a final registration.

  • Designing programs and using modern training methods
  • Apply effective training strategies and evaluate trainees
  • Implementing trainer qualification requirements and procedures
  • Use of train-the-trainer program resources

License to conduct a train-the-trainers course.

The advanced trainer will obtain a license to train the TTP course and use its training material with all the tools, supporting materials and tests required by the course, as well as issue certificates from the academy. All of this is in exchange for a fee paid to the academy for each participant in the course. These fees cover everything an advanced trainer needs to train trainers, including:

  • Use the full training material for the TTP training course
  • Using models on which training of trainers is based
  • Using the Trainer Assessment Model (TAM)
  • Use knowledge and skill tests
  • Granting a free trainers training certificate from the academy to all trainees in its course
  • Inclusion of his name in the list of advanced coaches

You can now take the “Train the Trainers” course accredited by the British Academy for Human Resource Development (HRD Academy).

After attending this program, you will obtain a license to train the “Training of Trainers” course and use its training material along with all the tools, supporting materials and tests required by the course, as well as issuing certificates from the British Academy, all for a fee paid to the Academy for each participant in the course.

Remote training method.

This system consists of five steps as shown below.

Step 1

Registration

Register and pay the fees online or in any other way. The training material files, and all other files and documents related to the program, will be sent to each participant. Those registered in the program will also be informed of how to use the technology that each participant needs to join the live online training.

Step 2

Preparation

Each participant studies the training materials and writes down any notes or questions to discuss during the course. Answer as many test questions as possible. Complete the online MAPS questionnaire to obtain your MAPS report

Online Training

3. Online Training

Participants attend live online training. The trainer does the following:

  1. Explain what needs to be explained from the training content
  2. Answering participants’ questions.

Step 4

Assessment

Each participant completes the test questions and submits them online or by email.

Step 5

Evaluation and Graduation

This is the final step in which each participant does the following:

  1. Complete the online course evaluation form
  2. Graduation and awarding of certificates
