About the programme.

The leading training program in the dimensions of behavior C – Dimensions Of Behavior Assessment

A powerful tool used worldwide in dozens of applications in training, organizational development and performance improvement.

Behavior Dimensions (DISC) Programme

The DISC is based on psychologist William Moulton Marston’s DISC theory, which focuses on four different personality traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).

DISC is one of the most successful and widely used personal and professional development tools. It is a powerful tool that is easy to understand and helps simplify the complexity of human behavior.

Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves and those around them. This understanding, coupled with the ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of others, allows the individual to develop effective strategies to meet the demands of one’s environment.

This program is designed to introduce participants to the DISC model, its development, importance and applications at the business or personal level.

The course involves each participant evaluating their behavior using the DISC scale. Training in its management and interpretation of the resulting report, in addition to its applications in various fields.
